Three Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) activists, a few students and two policemen were injured in clashes at the MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, on Monday.
The clashes were the continuation of fisticuffs on the campus last Thursday between members of the United Democratic Students’ Front and the Students’ Federation of India (SFI).
The students first clashed with the DYFI activists and later with the police, who chased them away.
