The music festival, to be held in connection with the renowned `Rathotsavam' (chariot festival) at Kalpathi would be inaugurated on November 4.
The 10-day festival, in which eminent musicians from across the state and outside would take part, would be held at a special venue arranged at the Palakkad Mani Iyer Road.
The `Rathotsavam' which attracts large crowds every year, will be held from Nov 14 to Nov 16.
