Cinema Paradiso, an exclusive DVD rental library which has outlets in six major cities in the country, would open one in Kochi on November 14, promising an original and exhaustive collection of movies in different languages and genres.
The films are classified under 20 different sections of action/adventure, comedy, romance, drama, new releases, Hindi and Hindi classics. Kochi outlet will be inaugurated by Malayalam film actor Dileep. Cinema Paradiso has outlets in Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Pune, he said adding they will open outlets in Delhi and Mumbai shortly.
The new outlet here will have an exclusive section of 'world cinema' with a collection of movies of over 30 different foreign languages like German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Iranian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish. The store will have a collection of various award- winning documentaries, short films, wildlife and educational series.
The life membership fee is Rs 3000.
