The two-day CPI (M) state secretariat meet began at AKG centre. The meeting is attended by top party leaders including general secretary Prakash Karat. The main purpose of today's meeting is about the conduct of organizational polls that has entered the third stage.
It reviews the complaints filed by party members from different parts of the state about the violation of guidelines issued by central leadership. The meeting is also likely to discuss the report of Vaikom Viswan committee.
