A four-day festival of Kerala art forms, Utsavam 2007, opened here as part of the celebrations to mark 60 years of India’s Independence.
The festival showcases traditional art forms of Kerala such as Kathakali, Thayambaka, Keli, and Mohiniyattom, Venu Rajamony, India’s Consul-General in Dubai, told reporters
