Former Chief Minister K. Karunakaran has informed the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leadership that it is difficult for him to continue working for the party and not to expect his active participation in party programmes.
Mr. Karunakaran’s decision clears the road for him to make an early re-entry into the Congress. The veteran leader did not participate in the NCP’s leadership meeting held at the party headquarters here on Wednesday. He also skipped the NCP district leadership camp at Neyyattinkara.
