V S Achuthanandan and his cabinet colleagues N K Premachandran, G Sudhakaran, Binoy Viswom, Mons Joseph and P K Sreemathi reached Pampa to ensure the arrangements made for the Mandalapooja and Makaravilakku festival.
The temple will open today at 5.30 pm for the season. Tantri Thazhamanmadom Kandararu Maheswararu and melshanthi E Eashwaran Namboothiri will open the temple for the people. No special poojas will be held tomorrow. T K Krishnan Namboothiri and M N Krishnan Namboothiri will assume the office of new melshaanthi and Malikappuram melshaanthi respectively.
