Writer M.T. Vasudevan Nair will inaugurate the International book fair being conducted by the Kerala Bhasha Institute at Arayidathupalam here on November 2. Sukumar Azhikode, critic, will deliver the keynote address on the occasion. Scores of titles from more than 400 publishers and distributors will be on sale at more than 150 stalls at the fair.
The stalls will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. A number of cultural events would be held as part of the book fair.The fair will be on till November 11.
The Bala Sahitya Institute will put up a special pavilion for children. Noted writers will interact with children. Films for children will be screened.
